Tap dance is a novel way to share human experiences. It is in the sharing that inspiration, growth, comfort, rejuvenation, and all the good things of life can come about. One of my favorite ways of sharing is to come into a community and stay for a while. Residencies allow for deeper connections, a multifaceted experience, and a broader impact. Check out some ideas below of how a residency might be structured for your community. Most residencies last between 2-6 days, but I’d love to stay longer!
