This weekend is going to be a big one. Multiple projects colide over the two days making for tons of music and nonstop dancing. Needless to say, Monday will be a rest day…sort of 🙂
Here’s the run down:
SATURDAY 12pm-3pm, RITZ PLAZA PARK, 235 W 48th Street.
My quartet and I will be playing a FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC outdoor concert. Low key hang, good music – primarily old time jazz, space to dance – for you lindy hoppers, and some shade at midday.

SUNDAY 2-5pm, DANY STUDIOS, 305 W 38th Street.
My company, Cats Paying Dues, will be holding open auditions for the upcoming 2013-2014 season. We’re looking for guys and girls who are interested in digging deep into the craftwork of tap dance.

SUNDAY NIGHT, 7-9pm(ish), Jalopy Theatre, 315 Columbia St Brooklyn, NY
I’ll be closing off the weekend by playing with an eclectic group of extremely talented musicians led by the one and only Nick Russo. Nick and I first met when we were both sitting in with the legendary Les Paul, and our musical friendship has continued through the years. I’m so honored to be included in this celebration!

MONDAY, we rest. zzzzZZZZ 🙂
